making stuff better

This podcast was born out of the COVID19 pandemic in 2021.  It aims to create a platform to celebrate activity happening across the city of Leeds predominently in Local Care Partnerships.  Local Care Partnerships (LCPs) is the term used in Leeds to describe a model of joined-up working to deliver local care for local people; working in and with local communities.

The podcast is a collection of stories and experiences where we hear the diverse voices of people in the city who are focussed on working in a collaborative way to improve health and care, working together, with and for the people.

The podcast will return with new episodes at some point.
